SPECIAL OFFERS FOR 2011
Stay for free in June, November - 15 December. Stay 5 nights on halfboard and pay for 4 nights, or stay 8 nights and pay for 6 nights. A mega-offer if you stay 12 nights, pay for 8 nights. These offers applies only when booking halfboard.


Combination of TOURS. Our hotel can organise island tours and excursions of all kind. If you combine two tours for one day, we can offer you a 20% discount. This applies for the whole year, but don’t include the local village activities or snorkelling/diving.


Honeymoon package COMPLIMENTARY. This applies for 2011 and 2012, and can be included if couples are new-married. (send proof) The package includes; -flowers in room, -1 bottle of sparkling wine, -relaxing body massage for a total of 1h, -special dinner setting on beach (if weather allows), -breakfast outside room if requested, -upgrade to bigger room with private terrace and extraordinary sea view (if available during the stay). So, get married and come and relax at the RETREAT.


EMBASSY and RESIDENT discount. The discount applies on room rate and is 15% on half board meal plan, all year around.

BB = Ala Carte Menu with additional options
HB = Breakfast and a rich four course set dinner, with main course optional

For walk inns and BB guests, a zanzibarian snack menu, our delicate lunch and dinner ala carte is always available. All drinks are additional

Children's Policy

0-2 years free if sharing room with parents
2-12 years 50% when sharing room with parents, separate room -full price

Payments Policy:

50% prepayment upon booking, securing the room(s)
50% the rest of payment 30 days before arrival.
The payments are done upon invoice from us over your choice of bank.
All bank costs are to be paid by the client.

Refunding of unused portions of stay or early departure is not given.
All in-house payments are paid in cash before departure.

Cancellation policy:

If you have to cancel your booking the following applies;

- less than 48 hours before arrival - no refund
- less than 7 days before arrival - 25% refund
- less than 21 days before arrival - 50% refund
