Meal information:
BB = Breakfast included. Basic buffet and á la carte menu with additional options.
HB =Breakfast and a delicious three course set dinner, with choice of main course. There is always a vegetarian option.
FB = Breakfast and a two course light lunch ala carte, and dinner as above.
For walk inns and BB guests, a Zanzibari snack menu, our delicate lunch and dinner á la carte menu are always available. There are plenty of vegetarian dishes.
All drinks are additional.
We also have a well sorted children’s menu with all the kids favorites.
Children’s Policy:
0-4 years – Free if sharing room with parents.
5-12 years – 50% when sharing room with parents, separate room -full price.
Payments Policy:
Saving your credit card details, in our secure system Sirvoy Vault, will guarantee your reservation. 20% will be reserved as a reservation fee.
The total cost of your reservation will be charged from your credit card 21 days before arrival.
Taxes: VAT of 15% is included in all prices. A citytax of 2 USD per guest and night will be added to all bookings.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation can be done up to 14 days before arrival. 20% reservation fee is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card.
Change of dates of your booking, due to unforeseen events, is accepted without extra payment, if bookable dates are available. Extra fees due to different seasonal rates could be applied. Change of dates should be requested minimum 14 days before arrival.
